GREENSBORO, NC—The Idaho Housing and Finance Association has selected United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company (AIG United Guaranty¹) to be its sole provider of pool insurance coverage for 2007. The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) provides funding to increase the availability of and accessibility to safe, decent and affordable housing to families in Idaho.

AIG United Guaranty has committed to insure up to $100 million in loans for IHFA, as part of this transaction. The pool policy will have a stop loss limit of 5 percent.
