Performance Premium®

United Guaranty is updating Performance Premium, our risk-based pricing, for mortgage insurance applications and rate quote requests received on or after November 19, 2012 (subject to state approval).

Don't forget to use United Guaranty's Secure Quote®

When you use United Guaranty's Secure Quote, you don't have to worry about changes to our Performance Premium model or GQX affecting the loans in your pipeline. We'll honor the pricing model and GQX used for your Performance Premium rate quote for up to 60 days. Even better, if we make changes that are favorable to your loan between the time of your quote and the time we receive your MI application (up to 60 days), we'll use them!

To use Secure Quote for your MI submission, send the MI submission before the quote expiration date (60 days from the original quote date) with the UG Quote Number.

Note: United Guaranty's Secure Quote does not apply if the property state, ZIP Code, property type, or occupancy status changes.

Please contact your local United Guaranty representative for more information.
