CA 2015-02 Servicer Update: MILAR
Several mortgage insurers are requiring servicers to use the Mortgage Insurance Loan Activity Report (MILAR) effective July 1, 2015. Although this is not a requirement for loans insured by United Guaranty, we will be ready to accept the new MILAR format for your convenience.
- United Guaranty will accept the MILAR, Minimal MILAR, and MICA Workout Report formats.
- Servicers can submit the MILAR report via your current delivery method (SFTP, encrypted email, or other secure document exchange website) or by upload through PC Unite® in United Guaranty's MI Guide®.
- For help signing in or getting set up to use PC Unite, please contact United Guaranty's ReadiResource Center® at 877.MI.CHOICE (877.642.4642).
- Servicers must continue to submit loss mitigation workout reporting for HAMP, GSE programs, or servicer-specific delegated workouts. This reporting can be done with MILAR or the MICA Workout Report.
MILAR doesn't replace other existing reporting, such as ADR for delinquencies, cancellations, activations, or servicing transfers, so there is no effect on existing reporting.
Contact United Guaranty for more information at 877.MI.CHOICE (877.642.4642), or contact your United Guaranty Account Executive for more detailed information.
