1. Lenders must sign the Independent Validation Endorsement to the Policy Commitment Letter (PCL) to be eligible for SecureCert accelerated rescission relief programs.

2. Lenders must be approved for delegated to submit through any of the delegated methods.

Full-File Options

Full-File Submission

  • No post-close documents needed.
  • Day One protection on United Guaranty's MI underwriting—including eligibility, guidelines, and appraisal.
  • 12-month relief on data inaccuracies and material misrepresentation on appraisal.
  • 36-month relief on everything during origination of loan except first party fraud and pattern activity.

Full-File Submission with Post-Close Review

  • Must submit closing documents post-close within established timeframe.
  • Day One protection on United Guaranty's MI underwriting — including eligibility, guidelines,
    and appraisal.
  • 12-month relief on data inaccuracies and material misrepresentation on appraisal.
  • 12-month relief on everything during origination of loan except first party fraud and pattern activity.

We provide Day One protection on our underwrite of the appraisal and 12-month relief on data inaccuracies and material misrepresentation.

Delegated Options

Delegated Submission

  • Master Policy standard is 36-month relief.
  • Insured represents loans conform to United Guaranty's underwriting requirements.

Delegated with Appraisal Relief

  • Appraisal documents may be sent in within 120 days of the delegated submission.
  • Day One protection on United Guaranty's underwrite of the appraisal.
  • 12-month relief on data inaccuracies and material misrepresentation on appraisal.
  • 36-month relief on everything during origination of loan except first party fraud and pattern activity.

Delegated with Full Post-Close Review

  • Origination and closing documents submitted within 120 days.
  • Day One protection on United Guaranty's MI underwriting — including eligibility, guidelines, and appraisal.
  • 12-month relief on data inaccuracies and material misrepresentation on appraisal.
  • 12-month relief on everything during origination of loan except first party fraud and pattern activity.
